More like old day's herbal shampoo.. doesn't do well on heavily oiled hair, neither it gives the silky bounce like chemical shampoo but keeps the moisture like herbal treatments. I didn't not notice any improvement on hairfall but it is gentle on scalp and good for frequent use.
