Seal of sensor already removed,SPO feature not available,package has no seal of amazon,like box is opened.watch has rust in some areas.not a magnetic belt,it is just a stainless steel belt with a clip.no bp and spo2 measurements available.

First time we received this watch, the box was old and worn out. Watch inside was also old and used. The gold dial was fading as can be seen in the picture. Ordered a replacement but no relief after that also. Again received similar quality watch with fading and worn out gold dial. Didnt expect a global brand like French connection to deliver such pathetic quality.

Product is good. In a single charge it will run only 2 days.

Because I do not want to be constantly notified of whatsapp messages I turned the watch in airplane mode for most of the day, however then it is not keeping track of time accurately and was telling wrong time until I synched. I called to complain and they said to reset to factory mode. However if it happens again I will ask to return this watch. It does not have any swimming tracker (video showed an icon of a swimmer but that is not accurate), seems to have basic functions, and others such as BP and O2 which are not as accurate (not doctor recommended to have in a smart watch). HR and ms feature are nice. Appearance of watch on other hand is great and stainless steel band is a nice feature.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s exactly been an year and watch stopped working .. unable to reach the seller or who is customer care.. how can I get it fixed ? A costly watch also can turn dark . But this soon !!! Highly DISAPPOINTING!! Lemme know whom can I contact to get this done and the response from the contact in warranty and invoice is so helpless contact .. attached response from them . It’s pathetic !!
