It has pretty thick padding (not as thick as a push up bra, but still rather thick padding). It creates a seamless line across my chest so I don't have issues of my bra lines being noticeable through shirts. It's a beautiful red color, but I guess it's a unique shade because I haven't been able to find matching panties in any nearby stores.
