Can you sleep on this pillow?

I do, but only because without it my neck hurts so bad that I can’t fall asleep. It’s very firm and probably not intended to sleep with or comfortable for most people to sleep with. I usually wake up a some point in the night and swap it out with a small neck roll pillow after the pain has subsided.

Is this hard or soft? How soft is this?

Somewhat soft but not squishy. My husband uses it for relief of neck muscle pain.

Well finished product but too soft

The product is of good finish, but having used the one by Pettibon, this is way too soft to give adequate support to the neck. The height is also smaller than the one used by chiropractors. So it may be nice just as a relaxation cervical support, but for chiropractic treatment support, I do not think it would work. I returned the product
