Excellent product for price. Used in my outdoor kitchen. Sturdy metal and very easy to install after buying a small hose adapter at ace to fit the waterline. Don’t over tighten water line hose as you will squeeze the rubber washer too much and it will leak.

It comes with both 3/8" and 1/2" supply line connectors, which is very convenient. The instructions are "spare" but sufficient so installation was very easy and fast (it took longer to remove the old faucet).The pause button needs to be held down when pausing the water flow. I didn't understand this when I ordered it, so I'm just mentioning it here. Otherwise, it's exactly what I expected. I am very happy with the purchase. Time will tell how durable it is, but at this point, it's great! Looks and functions exactly as advertised. I recommend it.

This is Chinese made, and I have no idea how long it will last, or if the cartridge/valve can be replaced or is even standard, but my first impression is that the brand name varieties of this style faucet are grossly, grossly overpriced. The idea of spending $250, $300, or more on a faucet just because of the springy spiral arch is absurd, especially when a good non-springy high arc faucet can be found today for around $200.This faucet is sturdy, very easy to install, and can easily be moved and pointed darn near anywhere in or around your kitchen sink. The sprayer has two settings, and there’s a button to temporarily stop the flow of water. The default aerated water flow is good and what you expect in terms of flow and pressure, while the sprayer setting offers a more intense, scattered spray pattern, like a shower head.A single nut is all you need to tighten to hold down the base, and it can be tightened easily with your hand, even in tight spaces. The hose weight (to retract the hose) attaches with two screws that are easy to fasten, and the hose is marked where you should attach it. The hoses coming out of the faucet assembly are long and connect directly to your water supply valves, so no connecting hoses are needed.My only complaint is that the metal arm that holds the faucet head is simply too low to be useful, so we have moved it to the side and just let the faucet head hang freely. This isn’t a problem, because the spiral support around the neck is firm enough to hold it in perfect position. If I were engineering this, I would have positioned the arm 3-4” higher than it is today.This works in either a one-hole or three-hole sink, with a cover plate to cover the two holes on either side of the center. The kits does NOT come with a cover or soap insert for the fourth hole, for sinks that have one for a sprayer, so you’ll need to get a cover for that hole if you have one.I’ve been using it for over a month now and it works very well. For the price, I’d consider just buying two and keeping the second as a backup. You’ll still come out smelling like a rose compared to forking over a few hundred for the same thing with a more popular brand name.

my only criticism is that is hangs lower than I am use to but am adjusting to it and I got a great deal on it during a lightening deal offer. Hubby had it installed in no time!

I purchased this faucet to give my kitchen an elegant pop. This faucet is perfect! It easy to install, great value for money, and instructions were easy to follow. I also purchased a soap dispenser to go along with it. So glad I purchased this faucet.
