How loud is this epilator when used?

It's actually not that loud, I always put some music in order to entretain myself and I couldn't hear the epilator working with my headphones on, so I guess the noise it makes is just fine! Hope this was helpful

Can you use this epilator on chin hairs?

Yes, I use mine on upper lip, chin and neck area. Unfortunately, you will have 1 or 2 stubborn hairs that you will still have to tweeze.

My "new" epilator arrived with a bunch of silver and black hairs in it. Epilady, is that normal for your company, to not clean the devices you resell?
