Great for hand excercises
I can grip these weighted toning balls easily and I don't have big hands. It is a smooth surface but is not prone to slippage. That allows for versatility in exercises that not only involve gripping but also arm movements. For my purposes, it is a great value.

Great product , good price.
Recommended by my PT after hip replacement. I stand on one leg with the other raised so knee is 90°. Then I pass the ball from fully extended right hand to fully extended left hand. Back and forth. I do 20 on each leg daily and my balance has improved. Also helped stiff shoulder jpints.

Decent weight ball but small
The media could not be loaded. I got this ball to do PT exercises at home. Being that it is a 5lb I was expecting it to be a little larger. For the size it is easy to hold. I see it being durable for the need I just need the ball to be larger. Seeing as this weight is easy for me to lift I also want more weight so I returned it.

Love this ball
It’s smaller than I anticipated but works great. It’s a lot heavier than I anticipated too. Study material already using it multiple uses. I’m glad I purchased this.
