Good and light weight, quality and design is good. Will see after term long use how it works. Software is also given for smooth view of hardisk when connected with your laptop or computer but it didn't any much use for me as i didn't use it as regularly connected to laptop. I just store data and put it back and will use again after very long time. High speed port is also fine 100 to 150 mb/s speed Is seen.

I was going for a SSD but was suggested to buy this one as SSD makes data recovery difficult if crashes. Seagate 2TB HDD is super light, smooth, fast, easy to handle. Did not check speed but more than a TB of data was backed up without any hassle. Liked it.

Loved it! Small, compact and lightweight. Not as fast as an SSD though! But worth the money!

I am using it from last 10 month. it is a good product. There is no heating issue. Password protection & auto backup is very good feature. Any computer file of our choice will be backed up in HDD when it is connected.

I purchased this model, used it just for a day to back up all my important data and photos, and stored it safely. After almost a year, when I tried to connect it, the drive was not getting detected. There was no physical damage, and I tried every possible way to fix it.When I contacted customer support, I was shocked to learn that there is no data recovery center in India. They said the drive would have to be sent to the Netherlands for recovery (free shipping), but I’d have to pay customs duties of 40–70% of the invoice value. Otherwise, they’d replace the drive, but I’d lose all my data.Honestly, what’s the point of a “backup” device if your data is not accessible when needed and recovery costs almost the same as buying a new one? Very disappointed with both the product quality and lack of proper service support in India.Not recommended if you’re buying this for secure backups.
