Works exactly like it says in the description and is just cool in general. TBH I used it for whiskey which means the colors weren't true but I also don't have any good soju/saki in my area and am not about to drink vodka straight like a madman.

I used the cup once and did a light scrub with a bottle brush with no soap and the paint came right off

I love the color changing cups they are so cute. But they again super easily from my tea and no matter what I use like boiling water it’s hard to remove. I tried using invisible eraser but am worried it will rub off the cherry blossom tree!

This is a nice cup and definitely works well as a cup. However the color-changing paint came off on mine with barely even the lightest touch of the rough side of a sponge. Probably should have known not to do that, but it did come off and then I had to just remove the rest. Still works for the intended purpose, just be sure to be gentle with it while cleaning and you may be able to maintain the paint.

The media could not be loaded.  With just one use, the supposed hand paint came off and floated with the liquid. It looks like a laminate instead of hand paint. The paint was not baked at all, just added after the glaze

The images are very nice.Until they start to peel off, which in the case of one of the cups was the first time it was simply rinsed out with cold water. Not boiling water, no scrubbing. Just plan cold water and my finger.Now all the ones I bought have started to peel. I've kept them clean with tepid water and mild soap, no rough sponges, so it's not that. It's just that they peel.The cups themselves are fine. If you scrape off the pretty tree, sure, they hold saki. Woohoo.Don't bother, just find a plain white one and buy that.

The cup itself is great and would get 4 stars. The 3 star rating is due to the seller not really pointing out that you get only one cup.The issue is that the product descriptions and photos show two cups and use the plural “cups.". They imply you are going to get more than one, and mention that it is a single cup only once - at the end of the title of the product. Every other seller puts multiple warnings that you only get a single cup - and usually bold type them.

Less than few weeks of use, paint is chipping off. Not sure how much of the paint I've already drank. Completely unacceptable. Do not buy if you care about your health.
