Tasted quite good and very beefy, even if the smell when dry and when unseasoned and re hydrated was a bit reminiscent of cat food. Planning to use them in steak fajitas on the trail with dehydrated veggies.Repacked into mylar bags for better single use in recipes.As far as value, I only got 14 1/2 cup servings out of the can, which brings the total to $2.86 per serving (as of Nov 2018) - getting close to Mountain House meals costs.
