Very costly and poor content
Do not purchase this book , bettr t see yt videos , It is very costly as per indian writers moreover this book doesn't provide any specific detail, talke on genral topic only . E.g if u want to know the correct diet after a long run , it wont tell diet just tells about the nicro nutrients utilised or needed . What am i gona do with that ,

Excellent Source of Information
I'm only on page 73 so far, but it is an excellent source of information. It is well explained, in depth and there is nothing I, as a runner, can't find out from this book. It shows you how everything - muscles, joints etc. works and how to prevent injury and how to improve performance. The author clearly knows his stuff and Dorling Kindersley only ever publish worthwhile books. I would thoroughly recommend.
