I ended my first session soon, but I felt like I was breathing deeper, and my feet felt tingly, like they "woke up", but I didn't know they were asleep.. I am looking forward to repeated use. Truthfully, I am astounded. I had no idea what to expect, and spent days on choosing which one to buy. I can really feel that this is for me. I don't think it is for everybody though. This ancient looking torture device works amazing on my back pain as far as out of the box options go. I've had every medical procedure known to man for my lower back pain and shoulder pain goes. In conjunction with my other "traditional pain control" assistive methods. If you're sensitive to touch, I would recommend putting a t-shirt on or towel down on top of it until you're used to it. The neck pillow is a nice addition for full cervical and lumbar pain relief. The stand on mat, I would wear socks if you have super sensitive feet as I do, or, are a sadist. The quality appears to be good. Over all, I'd buy another one. The price is also a good place to start if you're not sure or are on the fence.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to for this product. I have a friend who recently bought a name-brand acupressure mat. I tried it at her house and loved it. I figured I’d look on Amazon to see if there were more budget-friendly options out there. I bought this to see if it compares to the name brand one and it is literally the exact same! Same pressure, same sharpness of the needles, even same design (just different colors). Save yourself 200 bucks and get this instead!! Couldn’t recommend it enough. It definitely takes getting used to the pain but I feel like I’m walking on a cloud after using it. Such a great deal and such an amazing wellness product to have at home!
