I love this yarn! I've already made an octopus for my nephew and it's soft and gorgeous. It can be hard to see the stitches, that's why the 4 stars for beginners, but for an advanced beginner it works. Colors are gorgeous, did I say it's so soft!

This yarn is gorgeous!!! I'm making mermaid dolls with this and they are coming out so nice! I'm obsessed with the Ferris Wheel line. I'm also using the color, sprinkles and its pretty too! If you're using it for projects like this, it goes a long way!

Found the yarn to get very thin in some areas and a few more knots than I like. Not the easiest to frog. The colors are very nice and would make a nice sweater or blanket. I am still deciding on the finish project and stitch I want to use due to the varying thickness of the yarn. I think the hook size should be smaller than the yard suggests to give a better finished look. I would buy again.

Pretty yarn but I would rate this as a 3 weight yarn not a 4

Color is much darker than in picture. The yarn is a very good brand. Beware of colors in web page.

Such beautiful yarn however the thickness is so inconsistent throughout skein. I ordered 15 and every one I had to cut out sections that were so thin they would likely break to other sections that were as thick as a 5 weight yarn(this is a 4). Stunning yarn but won't be buying any more

Lion Brand Ferris Wheel is not readily available locally so I was happy to see some available through Amazon. Not all listed are as reasonably priced as this lot. It knits/crochets up lovely and soft. Even the simplest patterns look clever because of the beautiful varigating.
