I didn't even know I was having trouble with my feet until my shoe salesman recommended these. I now have no pain in my feet or my legs. I am more stable on my feet. They're very sturdy and they fit well in my shoe. I recommend this brand to anyone

These were recommended to me by my podiatrist to help with my high arches. I had been wearing another brand that I thought worked well but these really are much better. For me they have the right amount of softness and firmness. I wear a 6.5/7 shoe and the 6.5 fit me well. I do not have a wide foot and the only thing is they are cut a bit narrow. Would recommend.

This is a very high arch support. Get the regular ones if you don't have a very high arch.

Could not wear these as they were so hard it was painful to walk in them with my Planters Fasciitis which is what they were advertised to help. Did not help.
