My all time favourite
I am a fan of Chin-Ning Chu books already for some time, basically since reading her first book. And reading every book of hers is such an enjoyment. It was easy read and I think I red this book in couple of days. I love her writing style, which is easy to gasp and in her books I find some ancient knowledge I have not found in other book and that inspires me to apply to my own life. These are the book you don't want to give up easily but in keep in a shelf for an easy reach.

Read 145 pages in one sitting!
I ordered this book on the recommendation of a colleague (we're both executive coaches) that grew out of a conversation we had."Have you read Do Less, Achieve More? Your writing reflects Chin-Ning Chu's thinking.""No, I'm not familiar with her, so I'll check out Amazon.com."I received the book today, and could not put it down! The accessibility of the material and lack of "woo woo" mentality was very satisfying. Practical applications abound, and I'm glad it's the hardback version for I will constantly refer to it. The First Secret -- Fine-Tune Your Actions -- was so well-crafted, it could stand on its own as a small reference book of 72 pages - almost every page has something I deemed worthy of underlining. Then what a delight in The Second Secret --Put Your Mind At Ease -- with a twenty-page piece of history on George Washington to demonstrate the Three Phases of Destiny, and a lucid explanation of quantum theory. And I'm only on page 150 of the 200 pages! Buy the book for The Third Secret - not what you're expecting. Elegantly weaving the secrets of the Rainmaker parable from Carl Jung and multiple cultural viewpoints (The Bible, Buddhist, Hindu to name just a few) throughout the book, this author delivers the goods. She brings so much added value to the premise of the title, any reader or writer or professional mentor / coach / consultant will enjoy it and their clients will also benefit.

Top of its genre!
This book is amazingly honest and to the point. There is a lot of "self-help" books out there that have nothing to do with principle but all to do with selling. Even put to gether by authors who have not practiced what they have collected and may not know about "true" living. This book in my view is the oposite. I have been designing and conducting motivational courses for years. And I fully recommend this book because it is an eye opener! And even for the one who has already been given happiness it is a joy to read.

No More Reason to Struggle
I bought this book a couple of years ago. Tried to start it severa times, it was always such a struggle.Perhaps it was the gash in the cover of the book, but more likely it was that I wasn't ready for these wonderful teachings. This afternoon I gave up. Put aside a couple of priority projects and wanted to read from a pile of important books I've been meaning to get to. Instead I picked up Do Less, Achhieve More, thinking I'd read for a few minutes again.Once I let go of the struggle, the words flowed effortlessly and I saw answer to some of my largest challenges in life. I finished the book in 90 minutes without interuption.I wish I could promise this experience to all who read. I cannont. But I can promise that there is much wisdom in this one.

Awesome book that has shaped my thinking
This book is definitely in my top 10 books it came to me at a time when I was looking for something to grab onto to help me during a transition in my working life and gave me the courage and confidence through consistently reading and applying the thinking it puts forward. Also highly recommend Chins other book Thick Face Black Heart.

Didn't loved as much as Thick Face Black Heart
I loved-- and I mean LOVED Thick Face, Black Heart-- and that is the ONLY reason why I am giving this book a 3 stars and not 4 starts. I liked this book, it's one of the good books I read this year, but it is no where close to the first book I read of Chin Ning Chu. I will still read the Asian Mind Game because this is a good book, there is hardly any doubts there.
