French Lavender Scented Drawer Liners - Paris Vintage Charm by Elodie Essentials by Elodie Essentials : desertcart.in: Home & Kitchen Review: I purchased the French lavender and I just love it. The smell is rich and homey and I love the way it makes my clothes smell. It is exactly what I have been looking for. I will say the paper is certainly not large but is more on the small size but that is my only criticism. Review: The scent is overwhelmingly strong. I guess this is a good thing as it will dissipate over time. Nevertheless, I do not feel comfortable to put the items back in the drawer until some of the scent goes away.

Update: I installed the paper in all the drawers of my wooden dresser a few days ago. Even the action of touching the paper, folding it, moving it around failed to release scent unless you put it right up to your nose and tried to smell it. I had paper left over, so I put the last 3 sheets in the bottom of a container store/Elfa wire grid shelving unit. There was no improvement. Complete waste of time, money, space and effort. Original review: Well, I kind of regret going through the hassle of putting the paper into every drawer because now I can't return it. I guess I liked the idea of pretty smelling paper in my dresser... But the execution left a bit lacking. For one, you have to empty the drawer and be prepared for the curled up paper to resist all forms of flattening. You won't be able to trim the paper to suit the drawer size because it keeps curling up. Eventually I figured out to make a crease line with my fingernail in the line between the bottom and the back or side of the drawer. The picture of the French lavender paper seems a bit faded, color wise, but since you'll never see it (unless you have Pinterest/Marie Kondo levels of drawer space) it doesn't matter. The scent has a faint hint of the way your elementary school restrooms smelled after someone threw up and the janitor they were mopped. However, after I installed the paper and put the clothing back into the drawers, I couldn't smell the paper at all. Blessing in disguise. I probably won't remember to come back and update the review, but I am curious whether the paper will at least impart some scent to the clothing right on top of the paper. Now I'm irked that I will neither get my purchase price refunded nor will I get back the time spent putting the paper in there and then writing this review. If it's been a little helpful to you, please tell me, if you don't mind. Make me feel a little better 😌

No dislikes, I used long strips about 1" of scotch tape rolled inside out and placed at each corner, securing Top L/ bottom L, then smoothing and attaching Top R, smooth and lastly Bottom R. I have watched videos where they paint glue on the back. Hmmmm this was easy! And you can easily remove w no mess. Place a few things heavy like a paper weight heavy sunglass cases in the corners to help the paper settle. Do not roll backwards this leaves all kinds of fold. - put your clothes in. The scent is very fragrant but dissipates in a few days. Lovely! Simply exactly what I wanted. I bought a complimentary Damask print for my other dresser. Stay tuned.

I would give these 5 stars. They are very pretty, excellent quality, and smell nice. Since they are rolled up, they kept curling as I tried to unroll them, so a few of them tore even though the paper weight is decent. I didn't pay attention to the dimensions when I purchased and didn't realize how small they are. They are suitable for kitchen drawers but way too small to line chest of drawers for clothing.
