Nice watch...Good price includes box, warranty documentation and quick setup instructions but you do need to download or view online manual because of a decision by Seiko. Watch is great but wish that Seiko did not use the second hand to show charge instead of live seconds and leaves seconds in a very small sub window...I am happy with seller and they answered a question that I had within hours.

One of the best looking watches I have owned and I've had many over the years. Blue accents really make it stand out. Definitely a bit on the flashy side, especially with the use of high polish, but I actually prefer high polish on the center of the links, as it is easier to re-polish if it gets scratched with a polishing cloth or the like. It's very hard to touch up brushed finish on bracelets. Very nice manly size, bracelet is super comfortable, and it's pretty light for a steel bracelet watch at 6 oz., with 4 links removed. Quality is also exceptional for a watch of this (sub $300) price. One reviewer said you could get a Citizen that's better quality than this at a lower price...BS!! I have had Citizens at this price point, and they do not compare, the bracelets are thin, noisy, hair pullers and the crystals are virtually NEVER sapphire, almost always mineral with Citizen. This watch sports a sapphire crystal and to me that is one of the most important features of a watch. I loathe crystal scratches! It ruins the watch for me. Now for the bad. It will not sync. I tried multiple places, inside and outside, front of the house and the back. It won't do it. I didn't remove a star because I could never get any of the other radio controlled watches I've owned in the past to sync either. I have had Citizen radio controlled too. No dice. It must be my location in the Northeast... But no biggie, I just set it manually, which is easy enough to do. But I highly recommend this piece, especially for under $300. You will not regret it.

My second Seiko this one is great. Heavy. Pretty and lots of compliments. Only complaint the glow hands don’t really keep a charge so when I wake up in the middle of the night can’t see the time. Other than that. Zero regrets on this purchase. Be patient on the Radio Sync. Would not sync for days but once it did. Keeps exact time as my iPhone to the second. Buy it.

I have an automatic Seiko, which is usually running fast. I love that watch, but wanted one I can always rely on. I did not find this Coutura too difficult to set. It is now accurately set to the correct time zone, which I found was easy to do. I left it on my wrist overnight to see if it would connect to the radio signal while on my arm. It did, and I was fairly distant from windows. I have several watches, and bought this one as a daily-use, dress, and timing watch. It works well for all purposes. I am tired of GPS running watches, I want to time my runs without all the information. The Chronograph is easy to operate with one button push for both starting and stopping the time. Because I just bought it, I cannot give any rating for durability; however, I am counting on Seiko's reputation for well-made and accurate watches. I am very satisfied.

This is an amazing watch! It is very sleek and stylish, and I truly enjoy wearing it. However, I found it rather complicated to set for the first time. While there are several videos and directions available, they are not easy to follow. I ultimately took it to a jeweler to have a link removed and to get it set. It took him two hours to complete, but for $30, it was well worth the money.

Amazon did an amazing job! I received my package intact and in time. It's been a week I'm using this watch and I'm very impressed. The radio sync feature worked in my country although the signal is only good late at night (too much interferance during the day). All other features work great and it's a very good looking piece, also shiny and feels a bit heavy. I'm getting all sort of compliments since day 1 from friends and collegues. When I first took it out of the box, it started adjusting itself and set the time, then I noticed the date was 1 day forward. After reading the instruction guide I discovered it was set to Japan timezone, which is 12 hours ahead of my timezone. It was simple to set it right to my timezone but, still, late at night I put it close to my window and triggered the autosync from the atomic clock and it did (following every step of the instructions guide). It found the radio signal after two attempts. The bracelet is very loose so I took it to a local authorized service center to adjust, now it's all perfect.

I can’t be happier with this watch. I have a medium size wrist and the 44.5mm case size fits me perfect. I was actually quite surprised in the simplicity of setting the watch. At first I tried to do the radio sinc in the afternoon “when I received the watch” but I was unable to get a signal, so I set the watch manually which just took a couple of minutes. I then laid the watch in the window on the west side of my house to get powered up by the sun and to perform the automatic radio sinc between the hours of 2 and 4 am. The sinc took place and it hasn’t been a second off since then. The entire watch is a beautiful design; the dial, the bracelet, the sapphire crystal lens and the hands make this a great watch to wear to any party, functions, special events and just going out for the evening. This watch wears well with just about anything but goes best with casual nice to dress wear, “just my opinion”.

Received the watch today. Acquired sufficient charge to operate in less than two hours. The watch automatically set the correct time to UTC. Following the simple procedure to adjust for local time was easy and seeing the watch make the adjustment was fascinating. I have a small wrist and was concerned it might look out of place but looks just fine. Speaking of looks: As mentioned in another review, "the photo does not do it justice." This watch is as beautiful as any gem could be. My only doubt is whether Seiko will honor the warrantee if a problem would occur. Their registration information specifically states that the warrantee card must be filled out by an "authorized dealer" and the card as shipped from Amazon is not filled out. In the event I experience any difficulty, I will update this review. However, I am the owner of several Seiko watches collected over many years and all function flawlessly except for a thiry-plus year old self-winder. This watch, SSG 021, is all black. I am considering the purchase of an SSG 010 in stainless with gold accents as a companion piece.

Tenía tiempo queriendo un Seiko, pues era la marca de mi padre. Y elegí para ello mi primer reloj atómico. Es precioso. Temía que lo sintiera más pesado o voluminoso que los bulova o citizen, pero es perfecto. Hay comentarios divididos en cuanto a la configuración. En mi caso fue sumamente fácil. Sólo elegir la ubicación y listo. El mecanismo hizo el resto. Hay dos cosas a considerar, que en nada influyen en mi calificación de 5 estrellas, pero quizá a alguien le interese: 1. El segundero "tradicional" (manecilla larga) no se mueve. Funciona sólo como cronómetro y/o selección de hora mundial. 2. El extensible no tiene ajuste en el broche. Tuve la suerte de que me ajustara perfectamente con un recorte. La verdad, estoy muy satisfecho con este nuevo reloj. Lo recomiendo? Vaya que sí!

This is a very well made impressive looking watch. I own several watches and got this one because of its unique features. It’s a wonder to watch it adjust its self inline with the atomic clocks and it is second perfect. Couldn’t find it in the U.K. so ordered through Amazon global, it arrived from Miami in 3 days.

Me ha funcionado de maravilla este tiempo que lo he tenido. Hacía tiempo que ya no usaba relojes, por lo que se me haría imposible compararlo con otros, pero no he tenido un solo detalle con el mío. El reloj es de muy buen tamaño y bastante elegante. El único pero que le doy es que no incluya un instructivo para la configuración, pues, como ya mencioné en el párrafo anterior, me había desacostumbrado de utilizarlos, así que le batallé un poco.

I recieved a watch, however it didn t came with instruction manual but I menaged to find it online. Its wonderfull pieace of art and technology in one elegance. Highly recommend it!
