Nemco57500-1 1/4" Easy Chopper III Vegetable Dicer Silver

The tool is a little bigger than I expected but it’s built extremely well and will be an heirloom for sure. The 1/4” size is about what McD’s fries are sized at. I may get the 3/8” insert at some point. Perfect for onions, and surprisingly good at tomatoes without squishing them, cut one in half and put the skin side up, bam! Speaking of which, you do have to sort of pound the top piece to get through a potato, but it’s so easy you can get a potato through in maybe ten seconds. You can scrub the skins, cut out bruises and you get tons of fries out of potatoes. A little overkill for home use perhaps, but we dig it

We have to run the veggie twice. No time is cut in cooking. Had I not thrown out box, etc I would gave returned.

This is our go to for homemade French fries. I grew up on frozen fries. I sure am glad I found this because our fries are so much better.

This product is SOLID. It is USA made and sturdy for my canning and dicing needs. Everything from cucumbers, bell peppers to potatoes.I absolutely love it and find it worth the cost
