I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.

I swear by these as a bit of a pick-me-up, especially if I’ve had a few glasses of wine the night before! These are very good and give lots of energy and taste of blackcurrant where others don't. The only negative stopping me giving 5*'s is that they take a long time to dissolve.
