Awesome book
H**.
Just read it! It's real, fantasy, thrilling, catching and moving ! I hadn't enjoyed a reading as much as this one for a long time...
Go for it! There should be a producer somewhere to make a movie from this novel !Thanks Mr Myers... anytime you come to Paris give me a ring.... To discuss your next one!

This should come with a sprinkle of GIFs
In this "real life" quest for romance, love, and bliss, the hero tries blogging his adventures and... things do not go quite as predicted (do they ever?)A totally enjoyable read, full of sparkle and heart from the man behind The Guyliner blog (missing the GIFs though).

A fantastic, engaging read which is hard to put down once started
Another long term fab of Justin's here, including the Guyliner dating blog and the Impeccable Manners take on the Guardian's Blind Date (and yes, I noticed the tiny nod to that). While the book is clearly inspired by Justin's own dating adventures, there is no sense in which this a rewrite of his blog. Instead, this is a book which is genuinely hard to put down and which left me missing the characters when the book finished.James/Jim, the main character is both endearing and frustrating when he loses the real sense of who he is in pursuing his Romeo. The other characters are all rounded and believable. The plot and events of the book are believable, relatable and full of both pathos and humour.I would highly recommend this book to anyone.

Hopefully not The Last Novel
This is a brilliant, heart-felt book. I read Justin Myers back when he was an anonymous blogger, and his flair for talking about the strange things we do to impress others - or not - continues here. His style is easy to read, and there is much here that any internet dater and many a gay man will recognise. Plus, I cried at the end. What more do you need?
