I was looking for a tall laptop bag, rather than a wide "messenger" style. This looks like it fits the bill, but it's poorly implementated.Rather than being attached by D-rings and clips that can work at any angle, they decided on rigid strap hooks that attach to wide loops that only work one way. It puts sideways tension on the strap, hooks, and loops- something it's obviously not designed for. This WILL break eventually. Most likely the metal will slowly cut through the thin strap.The other issue the USB hookup has a ridiculously long cable. It needs to be a foot shorter, it takes up way too much of the exterior pocket.I'm keeping it, for now, as I do not have anything else to use, and no time to hunt a better option down.This is a good first draft, but it needs a functional design audit before it can live up to it's promises. I look forward to seeing what they can do in the next round.

It's cute, but I wish it had more padding to keep my laptop safe. I like the pockets and charging port. I like having the option to carry it in different ways, too. It was cheap, so it'll work for now as far as durability and safety goes.

There are 2 parts missing that I had on the 13 inch laptop case. The 2 metal parts hold the strap of the laptop in place. With the two parts missing the strap keeps coming off
