I bought this as a gift for my daughter to use with my 9 month old granddaughter, who has been in a front facing front pack up until now. Biggest way to determine if it is a good carrier is whether baby likes it. She loves it, even took a nap in it, no fussing at being uncomfortable. Both Mommy and Daddy can use it to carry her, and I think it will work for some time to come. It is new yet, so it remains to be seen how strong and well made it is for the long haul. But the price was reasonable enough, I could buy a new one down the road without breaking my bank.

I just ordered and received this in a good box and in working order and it looks and feels exactly like the photos here. I would say its shockingly good quality for its price point and its what I needed because it has so many options for baby positions depending on age and baby's achieved milestones. The downside is the learning curve in terms of how to put it on without assistance. But it is possible. Sometimes its easier to put the belt seat portion first. Sometimes its easier to put on the carrier portion first. It depends on which position you want the baby to be in. But I love that there is this versatility where I can find the best way that works for me in my situation. Highly recommend this to all parents. I've taken walks, shopping, hiking. You really don't need to spend $200 on a baby carrier. They also honestly grow up way to fast and before you know it they've grown out of it.

1. The waist stool is helpful and it feels great for your back. 2. The materials are great and looks just like the picture. 3. You will need a second person to clip the back strap otherwise the shoulder straps will fall. 4. The baby carrier is for babies that are smaller. My baby's back strap was at the lower part of her back.... so uncomfortable.

This is honestly my favorite baby carrier. Super comfortable for my boney shoulders and has so many multi uses. I love the hood. My sons neck would look terrible in other carriers if he fell asleep and I love how this one contains it.
