Any problem with using USPS given the designs on the envelopes?

These were for my 94 mother who loves to write letters! And no problem with USPS delivery!

Will this product bleed or feather when used with a fountain pen?

I can say that the paper is thick,, but I only use a fine point pen so I am not sure whether it will or not..

Does the paper have lines for writing?

No it doesn't, but some of the others have. Choose the ones you see with lines.
