Was easy to use and looks great

I have a deck that had a rather poor top layer - there were small gaps in the subfloor and some rain leaking underneath in spots -- one alternative was super-expensive (replace the subfloor and put a new waterproof coating on) - but, then i saw this and applied 3 coats (plan on putting on a 4th) - EASY to put on, no more leaks and it looks terrific as a 'bonus'. TOP QUALITY product - a small issue that Joy at customer service resolved efficiently and quickly - HIGH rankings and great product

This stuff worked great on the tiles around the pool, had to have decreased the surface temperature by 15° if not more. Before you could not touch them or stand on them for more than a few seconds now you can for as long as you want. Only negative is the amount of product required and you have to do a primer first or it will not stick

I have just done the deck so no use yet but the product went on good covered well and looks good but winter is coming and we will se how it stands up other that that i am very satified with the tape ,primer and the liquid rubber lets hope it lasts Thank you
