Artisan Owl Siberian Husky Dog Marionette Yarn Puppet (Black)

I bought the little husky after watching a documentary on Tasha Tudor and discovering that she and her family loved making and working with marionettes. I was enchanted. I spent many years using puppets in my work with children, but never had a marionette. I remember my brother had one of Howdy Doody when I was young. Anyway, I have really enjoyed this husky, and gave one to each of my grandchildren, who also thoroughly enjoy them. The oldest couldn't wait to get his hands on it when I brought mine out the first time. We gave them collars made out of ribbons. They were and are a big hit with a 6 year old and 9 year old.

It is a great starter puppet dog for an 8year old. It is what it is for the price margin.

I love the puppet but the strings get tangled so be careful with it when you play with it and it’s super cute 😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍👍

My kids love this puppet so much. It’s easy to use and so fun much to play with it and it looks adorable.

This puppet is very cute and soft. Head seems a bit small for the body. Easy to maneuver, but strings tangle easily and are hard to untangle. One string broke within the first hour. Body is made out of yarn, so yarn pulls out easily if not careful.
