great quality
i've tried quiet a few products from BM and to my surprise each and every single one exceeds my expectations. coming to this, my training intensity and performance has definitely improved a lot. i take the mentioned serving size about 15 minutes before my workout, and the results are amazing to say the least. it's super affordable and the taste is also pretty good.

*ATTENTION DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT* 1) Wrost Product ever made in the Supplements history period. 2)Will instantly make your heartburn and signs of Acid reflux after consuming this product. 3)Taste likes DogSh*t because excess sugar like 10x times , Drinking rasna feels much better than this crap. 4)Weird esophagus burn/Coldness in throat doesn't happen when using any other brand of citruline. ****This thing happens with every Bigmuscles nutrition supplements Don't use this crap product stick with muscleblaze or if your budget is greater go with Fast&up products as it atleast doesn't cause any side effects.****

Allanine might be the better option
This isnt providing the boost needed. Not working as a pre-workout. It has good taste though drink it in between your workout 😂 for taste in the water. And go for allanine or a complete preworkout. Btw taste like red bull(blue)

This is amazing product have tried other brands citrulline but this taste much better 1.gives best pumps and edurance when taken 20 mins pre-workout 2. decent taste and properly sealed product 3 value for money product Must be taken as per recommended doses to avoid any side effects Thankyou
