OspreyUnisex Transporter Global Carry-on Bag Duffel Bag

I've been searching for the perfect bag for years and while this one isn't quite perfect, it's very good indeed. I travel for work quite a bit but only for a few days at a time, so I need a bag that is somewhere in between a commuter / day bag and a carry on bag. Something that can fit a laptop and accessories and has enough space to accommodate a few changes of clothes. This bag is probably more towards the carry on side but it works well for what I've been doing with it.The main compartment of the bag is via a sturdy zip that splits the bag in to two a bit like a suitcase. One (slightly shallower) zippered compartment and another larger compartment with some straps. On the back is a padded laptop sleeve that can fit a 13" laptop and iPad reasonably comfortably. On the front is a section that can hold things like a power bank, mouse and travel documents. Finally on the top there's a shallow compartment that is good for things like laptop charges and so on. The approach I've settled on is to use the main compartment for clothes (kept together using packing cubes) with the smaller compartment for things like headphones and so on.The material is (I think) a recycled plastic which is absolutely bombproof. It has a few marks and scuffs from my travels but is still going strong. The zips are sturdy and easily accessible. I have zero concerns about the durability of this.It can be configured in a few different ways including as a backpack, as simple luggage or via a shoulder strap. In each case it's comfortable but practical - especially seeing everything can be stowed away when you're not using them. Additionally it's small enough to be used as carry on for most major airlines (although always better to check in advance of travel!).If I'm nit picking, the split of the main compartment in to two sections means getting (for example) my headphones out a bit of a hassle. Personally, I'd prefer another section that could be accessed independently of the main compartment but that would compromise space. If I'm being honest, when traveling for a day or two in the UK this is probably a touch big, but for anything involving a plane or where I need a few days worth of clothes this is practically perfect.

L'ho restituito, non andava bene per me.PRO: I tre scompartimenti funzionano bene: uno esterno per mettere libri, penne, caricatori ecc, pieno di tasche e molto funzionale. Lo scompartimenti intermedio si apre a 180° tipo valigia, con cinghie per reggere i vestiti e dall'altra parte anche delle comode taschine di rete. Quella più interna, uno scompartimento profondo e imbottito per il pc.CONTRO: LO SCHIENALE è TREMENDO. Non è imbottito né rigido. Quando lo zaino è pieno di vestiti, pc e un libro, ci si sfonda proprio la schiena... e gli spallacci non sono nemmeno così comodi. Consiglio solo per un paio di giorni fuori di casa, altrimenti conviene orientarsi su una scelta più comoda e che faccia meglio alle vostre schiene.

Great backpack for traveling. Very good space for organizing your items. I would improve the design on the straps to make them more comfortable. It fits well under the seat of the plane.

I used this on a trip around the world and it was excellent! Durable and high quality, and I could fit several days of clothes and my toiletries in the bag. Easily fits in any overhead on a plane and if it’s not overstuffed can fit under the seat as a personal item. Highly recommend.
