Good for board review. Several places of contradictory information
Overall the best board review book on the market. However a few chapters have contradictory information. Could be more in depth for MSK conditions.

Necessary tool but parts are outdated
Given the paucity of board review resources for the sports med board exam, this book is a necessary tool in the toolbox. Unfortunately some of the info is outdated (ex, exercise stress testing section follows PRE 2017 update to guidelines - unacceptable given the time of publication) and the test Qs are not written to the same standard as actual board and CAQ questions (many provide unrealistically little or intentionally obfuscated detail in clinical scenario, ask about things that are realistically done simultaneously instead of sequentially, or don't quite have a clean answer because many are correct but not subjectively best. As an ITE question writer I can say the Qs don't meet many of the standards we are held to. They CAN be a reasonable tool for checking retained knowledge in the book but it doesn't simulate real Qs)
