I would like to start off but saying the set up was a bit complicated and you definitely should have 2 people to set it up.Other than that the pole is fantastic! It spins great and the static feature is great too for practicing.This pile is very great for beginners I would recommend it 100%!I will say that it is very sturdy but make a bit of a clicking sound when you spin on it and can be a little scary because you may think it’ll move out of place but if it is set up properly it will not budge! I did a 2 person trick on the pole and it was fine :)

the pole was easy to set up once you understood, there's a video on the page where you buy it or in a review I do believe. It was smooth and stayed up good. It felt like more than a 100 dollar pole. I would definitely say this is a safe beginner pole.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 5’0 and 115lbs so I know I’m on the lighter side, but this pole is actually amazing. It is a little thicker than what I’m used to at the studio, but it is 100% stable AS LONG AS YOU PUT IT UNDER A BEAM!! do NOT try to put it on straight drywall and that’s why you will see reviews say it ruined their ceilings. They give you two extra extension pieces, but I only used the shorter one. I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the height then found that you just unscrew the screws in what is labeled Pole A, you untwist the tiny bottom pole piece connected, and then twist the larger body of the pole and it WILL GET HIGHER! you don’t want to overtighten that bottom connecting pole piece in pole A too much or else you won’t be able to get it off. The pole is very slippery so I just been spraying sanitizer on it and using good grip. it’s the best investment i’ve made. FYI the spin can click at first but goes away. it needs a few spins to really start going. and I would say adjust those screws on Pole A each day or check because they can loosen. but again, you get what you pay for. great for beginner pole dancers !

The media could not be loaded. I’ve never had a pole in my home before I was a bit nervous about how safe and sturdy it would be with my ceiling but it works very well! It’s a decent price shipping took a week not bad kinda heavy it’s giving like 50lb + Assembly took about 35-50 minutes I was having trouble at first but the directions are pretty straight forward it has various heights to adjust to which is a great feature very large top dome. Would definitely recommend getting if you have the space for it.

I’ve had this pole once before and decided to buy again I absolutely love how you can make it spinning or non spinning and it’s 100% sturdy. Comes with different extensions for different ceiling lengths and it’s fit all of my ceiling so far.

Easy to put together very sturdy and a lot of fun

Super easy to install I didn't even read the instructions. It's adjustable for different ceiling heights and it's easy to remove. The pole is very durable with not too much noise.
