Also I had clearly mentioned that I am not interested in a refund but the equipment should be replaced. This communication gap has deeply inconvenienced me as I am 74 years old and need this for breathing under doctor's advice. Please ensure that this is replaced immediately as desertcart will be totally responsible for any untoward incidents.
