Skechers Kids Erupters II Lava Arc Light Up Sneaker (Little Kid/Toddler)

These have held up really well! I bought these for my Son 6 months ago and figured per the reviews they wouldn't last long. My Son is a rough and tumble kinda kid and usually destroys shoes very quickly. They are still going strong and look pretty good. No rips or tears and the soles are in great shape. My Son loves them because they arent really heavy and the fit is comfortable

Let me first say...I am not a fan of light-up shoes mainly due to the clunkier look normally associated with them. When my 5 year old announced that he wanted light-up shoes as his new kindergarten shoes I internally rolled my eyes. However, trying to be a good mom and figuring he would only be a kid once, I decided I needed to loosen up a bit. After combing through many styles online and narrowing down his choices to 5, I was delighted when he chose these. These look more like a streamlined running shoe vs the clunkier built up style of the others. A month and a half after our initial purchase we bought another pair for my 3 year old, who had to have light-up shoes like his big brother. Now over two month's later the 5 year old's shoes are starting to look a little more ragged, but that's realistically expected. What 5 year old is easy on shoes? They are not drastically falling apart, but starting to look frayed at abrasion points such as on the front of the toe box. The lights still flash brightly and continue to entertain the two in the bathroom with the lights out. They seem comfortable and are the kids' first choice in the morning when putting their shoes on. That may not seem like much, but we have had many VERY frustrating mornings with our 3 year old and his seemingly ultra sensitivity to his comfort level in clothes, socks, and shoes. No comfort problems yet with these. For the price we paid and the satisfaction from all parties involved (kids and parents), we couldn't be more satisfied.

Love these sneakers. Flexible enough for toddlers to strengthen their calf muscles in heel to toe walking/running...something we were looking for, as due to an illness during infancy, our grandson began walking later than most children. The lights are ADORABLE. The fit is perfect. High quality material and design. Would buy again in a heart beat.

The look is great. They came in right as expected. Had to make a return on the first pair but Amazon was great as always. They refunded my money as soon as UPS scanned in the box. My next pair, which I ordered 1/2 size bigger fit exactly right. But if you want extra room for growth I suggest ordering a full size bigger. Other than that they are great! As with any Skechers shoes I expect the durability to be great as well. Oh and I should mention that the price is a little higher than some other brands, but I believe, they are worth it. Hope this helps other buyers looking for boys shoes with great durability and style.

Let me first say that my 6 year old boy was extremely excited to get these shoes and is very happy with them in a way only children can be. However, they were were very narrow and a bit stiff which I'm sure will rectify itself somewhat as he stretches them out but I even ordered a size up so they are plenty long enough and still struggle to get his foot in. On top of that the S on the side that lights up is very pinkish in color and lights up with a purplish hue as a mother of a kid who is in school it worries me that another boy may point this out. Luckily he hasn't noticed. As this was on sale under the boys shoe tag it looses another star for that. Overall I was a little disappointed with the shoes for the above reasons and will have to order another pair if anyone notices the small girlish colors in them.

I was nervous about buying these because my son couldn't try them on but these shoes are true to size and they're everything I hoped for! My 1 year old loves sporting these shoes. They're super comfortable and I can tell that they're going to hold up well. Good quality product at a great price!

Very nice shoes. I bought for my son and i didn't know there is light on this shoes . I bought a black color . His school not allowed to boys wear shoes with light. And the problem is there is no switch off/on . That means i will buy another shoes." :(I searched google then found 1 answer to stop light by putting shoes on microwave for 5 seconds only . I tried this then wooooow ..light is off no more . I was really happy with that.. next time i will read carefully before i buy any thing .

These are cute, my son is happy. He said the bottoms are a little slippery. My son has wide feet that are gradually getting more narrow as he gets older. This was his first "non wide" shoe and he said it fits fine.Updating my review after 2 months. They shoes are done, they are all worn through the mesh. Half the time he goes back to his old new balance shoes which are a bit too tight now, but those look way newer than these. I would not recommend these because the mesh lining at the top is not durable enough for a kid.

Excelente calidad, muy bonitos. Pensé que por ser de luces serían pesados, pero son livianos. Mi bebé aún no camina, solo con ayuda y pisa muy bien.

Son casuales, no sports. La tela es como una malla muy delgada (como vienen los running shoes actualmente) por lo que estos tenis no son aptos para jugar fútbol porque se maltratan a la primera.

Size chart and the product do not match its totally wrong as per the age vs size given here. Plz don't place order having seen the size chart.
