Good customer service as I could return it. As the left one stopped working after 2 months. I am happy with the replacement.

Recieved the product and instantly noticed only usb micro charging port and how large the buds are but tried them out and they sound amazing so decided to be happy but then the right one refused to charge in its case so tried to return... But before I could they started charging, and so far no problems. Too large though and not great for running, nearly lost one many times

Absolutely awful bought 2 pairs sent them both back as both times one earbud didn’t work. Previously owned skull candy and the first pair didn’t work second pair did so out of four pairs I’ve paid for only one workedAwful product use a different brand now that are decent.

Much better sound quality than I thought. But they aren't great in terms of staying in your ear. Bought them for running. But for the price, you can't complain.

Headphones are not working, only one earphone is charging, the other one is not getting power at all

I'm sorry, but I wasted my money they look stupid in my ears, they are far too big and after spending over a day getting them to work correctly, they were not synchronized together that was the problem, I would not recommend

First set returned as one EarPod would not charge. Replaced very quickly by Amazon which was very good. New set won’t fully charge to 100% and then run out of power much more quickly than advertised or expected. I’ve had far better experience with other brands or other styles in the jib true range. Reading reviews I’m not alone with this experience which is disappointing.

I would recommend to get black ones as the grey doesn’t stay grey for long with earwax. Also these hurt your ears every time you have to use the button on them as you have to push quite hard into your ear. They also rotate in ear r
