Accurate to size. I bought this for my 7 year old and its a perfect height for his age. Soft grip handles make it easy to hold onto. So far my kids have had a good time learning on it.

My son is 8 and loves this. He was already pretty good at the pogo stick after playing at a friends house so he used this with absolute ease. He is the first in the neighborhood to have one so I've seen several of the other kids who have never tried a pogo stick try on his. I found that many kids found it challenging at first but for the several kids who would not give up, they are bouncing all over after a few days of trying. Since it's made for kids, adults can't really demo on this so you need a kid who can already do it demo or a kid that is ok with trying over and over ( or a good youtube video) Once they get it, they love it. The first week, the rubbery bottom popped out 3 or 4 times but then eventually it just stayed put. The bottom got a little greasy/oily in the first couple of weeks but this seemed to disappate after awhile of bouncing. The grippers are perfect for 7-11 yo hands and feet. Glad I bought it and highly recommend it as a gift for active kids who like a little challenge. It's very sturdy and well made.

Not cheaply made. Strong spring that should last for a few years. Purchased for a 7 year old.

Bought 3 of these for my nephews and unfortunately I’m going to have to send them back. One of them broke inside the spring mechanism and the other 2 scrape and scratch as they are sliding in and out. 3 out of 3 of these pogos suck:/ Update: So I’ve bought the other kids pogo sticks that Amazon sells and this actually is the best option for kids. The quality control is poor. You might have to return your first or second but this pogo works the best for lighter kids and has the most compression in the spring giving it a real bouncy experience. The razor was nice but not enough travel in the spring. The nsg grom is much like the razor too. Maverick is best option if you can get a good one! Good luck

We gave this to one of our sons on his 8th birthday. He has been bouncing ever since! He absolutely LOVES this pogo stick. Yes, it was stiff to start with but we set him to "work" on a hard surface and within a few bounces he was off and bouncing. I LOVE the fact that this pogo stick is ready to use straight out of the box. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED nor any maintenance! This pogo stick is sturdy, well made and our son can bounce well over a 100 times without falling off. A FANTASTIC purchase. Thanks, Richard and Liz
