No, as far as I'm aware they come with a European plug. You'll need to use an adapter.

The top water spinner has stopped spinning and is getting stuck how can i fix this?

I've had this problem in the past. Unscrew it clockwise, give it a good clean if it's blocked (the plastic "axle" as well) using a needle if necessary and screw it back on anti clockwise, tight and check it rotates freely. I hope this helps!
