I'm starting to do my own gel polish manicures. This nail lamp is light weight, so easy to move around the house. What I really like is the buttons on top that are timed, so I don't have to stare at a watch as each coat of gel is drying.

Seems to take a while to dry under this lamp - in particular I'm having a o double my time in comparison to a previous 48w lamp.

She uses this with the MEFA 23 pc gel polish kit. I'm actually really impressed with the overall results. The finish on her nails actually has a better shine than a pro traditional polish job. She recommends to use gloves to protect your skin from the light.

I purchased this because the poly gels I was using were not curing all through the nail. If you apply the gel thin it works fine. And if you have nail shape that does not need a lot of correction it will work fine.I did not care for the bulky design nor had room on my table or desk area when using.

This product is cheap and it shows! My gel polish never cures because the heat doesn’t get high enough, so I’m stuck with sticky polish that attracts any dust or fuzz and lasts maybe a day or two. Do not recommend!
