I like that this infant acetaminophen is made with cleaner ingredients and no artificial dyes or additives, which was important to me when choosing medicine for my baby. It uses the same effective acetaminophen for pain and fever relief but avoids artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and dyes. My 1-year-old didn’t love the taste, even though it has an organic blueberry flavor, but it still did its job and helped bring the fever down. Overall, I appreciate having a medicine option that works well without extra additives, and that’s the main reason I would purchase it again.

We LOVE GENEXA. When a child is sick getting them to take anything is so hard, but not when it comes to Genexa. My kid actually requests more he loves the flavor. It’s super effective and we love that he will take it willingly when it’s required. The fact that the ingredients are great is just amazing.

My little one had a fever and wasn’t feeling good at all but once we gave him this, he perked up after about 25 mins. I love that it has way less ingredients than the leading brands. I will buy this again!! And my baby seems to like the taste!

We are big on no dyes, and we are more into the "healthier, safer" version of meds for our kids. Genexa Infants Acetaminophen has been great. It doesn't cause constipation, like other Acetaminophen causes.

PARENTS READ THIS—I learned from my pediatrician that the ONLY difference between the infants’ and the children’s versions of acetaminophen is the price tag and whether or not it comes with a dosage syringe. Both are 160 mg per 5 mL. Buy the Genexa Children’s to save ~75% of the cost ($7-$8 for 4 oz of the Children’s instead of $9-$11 for 2 oz of the Genexa Infants’). Then buy the EZY Dose Dosage Korcs with the 5 mL syringe to make drawing out the medicine a breeze since the children’s doesn’t come with a syringe. It’ll save you so much $$$ in the long haul!!! (Note that ibuprofen products are different; you will need to buy the infants’ version of ibuprofen for children under 2; this is only applicable to acetaminophen. Always consult with your pediatrician about medications and dosages for your child!) As a bonus tip, get the Frida Baby Accu-Dose Paci to save yourself the grief of trying to administer medicine to a fussy sick baby!!! It comes with a syringe with dosages for both ibuprofen and acetaminophen, making it extremely versatile. Other than being extremely overpriced, this is a good product! I love that it has better ingredients compared to other acetaminophen’s and I think the blueberry flavor is yummy (although my baby doesn’t care for any taste other than breastmilk at this point). I echo other parents who say it is very sticky from the agave, and it needs to be stored upright and shaken before administering.

This is our second time purchasing this brand of infant Tylenol. We love: • NO Dyes, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, fillers, or flavor • It is just as effective as other brand name Tylenol brands but you can feel comfort knowing it doesn’t have anything extra in it • You stick the end of the syringe into the bottle which helps prevent any mess Things to note: • You do need to shake well before each use which is disclosed on the back of the bottle. • My child is now 7 months and he personally doesn’t love the flavor now. He didn’t mind it a few months ago but now we have a difficult time • It is very sticky! There have been times where my son has spit it out and leaves a sticky mess all of his face, clothes etc. Also, the bottle has become very sticky as well so make sure you wipe everything down well before storing in an UPRIGHT position. Overall, we value this product being clean and effective which is why we will choose to use this over others!

Worked well for a teething baby

Works great, love how it doesn’t have all the added dyes and unnecessary ingredients other medicines have. My kiddo swallows it with ease and little to no fuss. My only complaint is it is very sticky if it leaks at all.
