I’m dealing with a C4 posterior stepoff injury from work. After time, no lifting, physical therapy I was getting worse and Workman’s comp was getting pissy and uncooperative at best. I’d been seeing my chiropractor and a massage therapist and that wasn’t getting me where I wanted either. I talked to my chiropractor about a cervical traction device and he recommended this over what I’d been looking to get. From the first use I could see significant changes! I have documented complete loss of the cervical lordotic arch which was easily visible looking in the mirror. I can now see an actual curve in my neck from using this pump! Prior I would develop numbness and tingling in my arm, hand and fingers just carrying a drink from my vehicle into work (about 650 steps) and I can honestly say I’ve tested this same action and do not experience symptoms as I did previous to starting therapy with this device. I am so excited!!From the first use following the package directions, upon completion of the first session I was a bit lost of sorts. I got out of the floor carefully and walked through lateral, anterior and posterior plane neck stretches as instructed and every vertebrae in my neck moved. Every one. I immediately felt relief, amazement. I was also a bit disoriented as my neck/Head were in an entirely new orientation that I’ve not seen in years. It took some time to adjust but now feels very normal and good. My chiropractor is amazed. He said adjusting me was like I was an entirely different person/spine! All the muscle tension I’ve always had-which required him to adjust me with significantly more force than he uses on anyone else, even his biggest guys, the tension was just gone. I don’t always accomplish both but definitely get 1 session in daily. If my day has been rough and I’ve carried tension in my neck and shoulders, this instantly corrects any micro alignment issues from that. I feel the vertebrae move instantly. It is not painful or uncomfortable. I do not pump the device to the point of pain, just to maximum stretch. I have pumped too far and recognized it immediately and released the pressure to start again with less inflation. Now, if I could get my husband to try it!!

I have severe cervical spine issues due to an old injury. I ordered the cervical spine exerciser per instructions from my chiropractor. In addition to weekly visits to the chiropractor, the cervical spine exerciser has amazingly helped to eliminate much of my neck discomfort. However, I bought the cervical spine exerciser in Jan 2018, it is now May 27th, 2018, and the air has started leaking from the inflatable neck rest. I gave this item 3 stars because when it is working correctly, it really works wonders for neck discomfort. But, it only lasted barely 5 months. I hope to get a refund and am hopeful in finding a cervical spine exerciser that will not deflate itself after 5 months of use because I have come to depend on this daily exercise for relief of neck discomfort.

My chiropractor suggested that I purchase a cervical support pump. I have been in dire pain with a pinched nerve that radiated from my upper back down my arm! This pain had been going on for three weeks! He x-rayed me and found that the bone in my neck was not curved, but rather straight. He said this might be my problem. I looked online for this pump and saw that there were many different brands with such varying prices, ranging from $50-$200 or more! I read the reviews on this one and decided to purchase it because it was at a very reasonable price! All I can say is, this is a miracle! After using for two days, my neck, back and arm pain have drastically reduced! I feel like new again and will continue to use this pump for a long time! It is good quality and very easy to use. But make sure you read and follow the directions exactly as stated! You will not regret buying this product!

Was really hoping to start using right away , now i have to wait another few days before doing so , Pretty annoyed, i received a dirty used item this thing reeks of sweat not acceptable

I purchased this for an issue with my neck and it only worked for 2 months! The bag that pumps up leaks and cannot be repaired. I reached out to the manufacturer and they responded, which was nice. They told me if I took my other review down, they would reimburse me! Well, I thought they were going to make good on their defective product, and they never did! Now, they ignore my emails! It’s now been six months.Don’t buy this product, it’s cheap workmanship! And in the long run you’ll have to purchase a better made one that lasts longer.
