2 X Banocin Antibiotic Powder - Infected Cuts Wounds T

Great antibiotic powder!
Works great. I bought it for sores on my cat who suffers skin allergies and it dried them up and helped them heal very quickly. Much cheaper than the stuff the vet prescribed as well! The only downside is that for some reason the powder is dyed yellow, and when it oxidized it turned an odd orange. On my cat it dyed his white fur reddish-orange, but on a human it would probably not be noticable. Great stuff and worth keeping in a first aid kit or for animal care. Worth every penny!EDIT 8/11/22: Got the chance to test this on myself when I sliced my finger badly while cooking. Helped to clot the cut amazingly fast. I really couldn't believe how quickly it stopped the bleeding. Five stars for that alone. Didn't sting at all and I was shocked at how fast it worked. Dried and helped my cut heal in seconds compared to triple antibiotic ointment. It didn't stain my skin at all either. I didn't take photos because I was focused on wound care, but if you had seen my finger you would probably think it needed stitches. Instead I poured this powder on and applied pressure (and prayed). Blood stopped dripping in moments and I could apply a bandage immediately. About an hour later I was able to remove the bandage, wash the wound, and apply ointment and a fresh bandage without any fear of the cut re-opening. It already looked like an old cut that had started to heal at that point. The last time I cut my hand it took a day or two of gauze, ointment, and pressure to reach that point. (I love cooking but I'm clumsy) This powder got there in a fraction of the time. Amazing product!Seriously, buy this stuff for your first aid kit! It's totally worth every penny!!!

Works great
For some reason dermatologists always recommend ointments, gels, creams, but never powders containing antibiotics or disinfectants. My experience it that healing small wounds goes faster with powders I suppose because blood clots faster.

Works Well
I used an antibiotic powder in Europe for years but was not able to get such a product in the USA until I saw this one on Amazon. It works well. It is a bit expensive, but you will not be using it every day. It adheres to wounds very well without slipping off. I will be buying this again.

This has helped my husband's foot care requirements. The small size and shaker cap made getting the powder to go where needed very easy

A good powder delivery of two familiar antibiotics
There are times when a cream or ointment just will not do the job. A powder antibiotic is what is needed... I personally like and have used powder antibiotic products for many years. The one I used for decades is no longer available, so I found this one to try! I am happy to say that it is a very acceptable alternative antibiotic for using on cuts, scrapes, and such with minor bleeding that should be dry and open to the air to heal quicker than if bandaged, or if a bandage is not really feasible to use.

Good antiseptic, too pricey for 10g.!
I like the antiseptic powder for cuts & scrapes. I was searching for a replacement for Columbia powder that I cannot seem to find anywhere! With Columbia antiseptic powder, you @ least get a 14oz. bottle for just a little more than what Banocin powder costs. I was a little disappointed that the size of this powder was just 10g. And that the size was not shown in the ad for this product!
