I am around 250 lbs and have 44G size boobs and fit a 3x and 4x. I wear the 4 to bed and the 3 during the day. I know that a lot of people try these bras and say they are rubbish and do not support the bust. I am VERY big and have arthritis so trying to do the fastenings on a normal bra is a nightmare and the 'normal' bras dig into my shoulders and hurt my back. I switched to this type of bra about 5 years ago and am sticking to them. They will never offer the firm control of some of the 'normal' bras but I wear two at a time and find them comfortable and stop my bust from moving too much and do not dig in or hurt me. Each to their own.
