Before warranty not working only 10 months

Its zero, the product looks old and used, there is a rust and stains inside.. I returned the nextday but until now my refund still didnt return😔

ممتاذ و قوي عن تجربة

وصلني اليوم بعد اقل من 48 ساعة و تم تجربته مبدئيا يعمل بشكل جيد. السطح الخارجي العلوي يسخن جدا فضلا عن الباب الزجاجي، العزل سيئ بالنسبة للاجزاء المعدنية فهي ليست مؤرضة(grounded) جيدا , اذا وضعت مفك تيست على السطح الداخلي اثناء التشغيل يضيئ مصباح المفك ، اما بالنسبة للقياسات الواردة في وصف الفرن بموقع امازون فهي غير حقيقية بالمرة ، و اليكم المقاسات الواقعية : من الخارج : العرض 57 سنتي و الارتفاع 36( شامل الاقدام ) و العمق 34.5( غير شامل مقبض الباب) من الداخل : العرض 43.5 سنتي الارتفاع 26.5 و العمق 33.5 ، وبذلك تكون سعة الفرن الفعلية من الداخل حوالى 39 ليتر وليست 45 ليتر اود ان اسجل تقديري لشركة امازون و لكن كنت اتمنى ان يتحروا الدقة في نشر مواصفات البضاعة على موقعهم المحترم . اخيرا هناك ملحوظة غريبة جدا وهي ان هذا الفرن رقم واحد من نوعه على موقع نون و تم بيع مايقرب من 150 حبة و مراجعات المشترين ممتازة بينما على امازون المراجعات و المبيعات ايضا ضعيفة جدا مع انه نفس المنتج.
