Great "How To" book!
I had picked this up in a thrift store but 4 of the chapters were missing. After trying some of the recipes that I did have, I knew I needed this as a whole book. Very pleased!!!

Nice Book, Out of order!!
Nice book but sections are out of order. Recipes aren’t in correct sections. Once I get it put together correctly then it will be readable!

Such A Complete Reference!
Wow! So many recipes. Many ideas beyond the typical kitchen fare. It's like I'm instantly a gourmet chef with all the ideas I can now bring into my kitchen. And it feels so good knowing how easily I can make it myself with clean, healthy ingredients.

Love it, probably won’t follow through, but love it.
I love this book. There are a ton of cool recipes and tips in here. I’m terrible for “collecting “ cookbooks and not using them so I haven’t tried any recipes yet but looking through it had me very motivated.

Basic
This is just okay. I make a lot of my own stuff and found that while the recipes do cover a broad range they are just really basic. I think if you're just starting out making your own jams, mayo, etc. and want a good basic reference this may be it, but for anyone else I'm not sure it's worth it. I almost bought this in a bookstore, before I ordered it on Amazon, and it was wrapped in plastic so I couldn't open it and flip through. That probably should have been my first sign it was not a good buy. If they don't want you to see it until after you've bought it there's probably a reason.
