I researched an alternative and this came close. It feels like it has a solid build. The kit is mechanically simple and does not have unnecessary attachments and adjustment straps like some competitive products. There is only a 30 lbs band and a 50 lbs band and the two can be used together for 80 lbs. The upper body exercises mimic weight-lifting with barbells. The abs and core workout is like the regular crunches but with the added resistance from the bands. The lower body workout is squats also in the style of weight-lifting. I like that it gives a good whole-body workout to build fitness and strengthen the core in as little as 10 mins a day.
