Review: These knee sleeves are ideal for my leg days (squats, lunges, etc.). The compression is just right. Enough to support my knees during heavy lifts but not too much that I can't get really low in my squats. Also, it takes very little time for my knees to loosen up. One set into my warm up and my knees are warm, loose, and ready to go. Highly recommended.

**Q: How do you wash the 6mm neoprene knee sleeves?**
A: Wash them by hand in warm water with standard clothing detergent or soap. Then rinse the knee sleeves and allow to air dry. You can also place them in the washer machine, use a gentle cycle and cold water. Then proceed to let them air dry.

**Q: Can you perform lighter, bodyweight movements in these knee sleeves?**
A: Yes. The Knee Sleeves have a durable outer nylon shell which surrounds our unique 6mm thick neoprene. The way we mold the nylon to the neoprene allows for customized stretch so the sleeve applies optimal compression and isn't restrictive.

These knee sleeves are ideal for my leg days (squats, lunges, etc.). The compression is just right.
