Did you order a watch did you get the watch in the box because I didn’t I just got the instructions for the watch and I watch

I received my watch in a specially designed tin with instructions inside, don't have any photos at the moment, but the tin is gold colour like the watch, embossed "Armitron '

Is the watch display on all the time or do you have to press a button?

YES, you push the button at the 3 o clock and it illuminates for few seconds you can push twice or three times to get the date and seconds. I have the red display gold metal version and it's awesome for the money really scratches that 70s LED watch itch. I was looking at the Hamilton but 500 smackers is bit eye watering though these watches were roles money when released my form tutor had one and we all thought he was flash Gordon. Well recommended for the money. The case is solid metal unlike the vintage Casio offerings which are coated plastic. Hope this helps fellow shopper 🤗🤗

Has anyone found this watch with the silver strap but with red led numbers ?

Only through the Armitron website I believe. I’ve seen the gold with red leds and also a silver/ gold model with red leds available through US Amazon. I hope this helps.

Are there any customs charges when buying in the UK?

I believe it's when it's over a certain value, I can tell you I purchased this watch and wasn't charged anything along with another watch from Florida that cost £350 and I paid £80 in custom charges. Hope this is helpful.
