This is the only one I can find with iron and vitamin K and most of the B vitamins. My daughter has nose bleeds before this vitamin supplement about 1-3 a month. She is mildly anemic as I am. Now after a month of giving her these everyday. She is not having nose bleeds and is more active and not as pale skin on her face. The iron is needed with children and vitamin K helps with blood clotting and bone calcium growth. I will continue to buy these from now on! Could not find any similar off the shelf. They're the only children's gummi multivitamins I've found that have a whole array of different vitamins in them (specifically B12 and D, for our needs) and aren't just vitamin-specific supplements, they're vegetarian/vegan, they don't have any of those fake artificial sugars in them, and they actually have iron, which is one of the main reasons I opted to purchase them for my kids in the first place. As for the taste, my two sons love them and have had no trouble taking their two gummi bears a day (they've now been taking them daily for 3 months). I also tried them, and they're not bad. They're a little like children's fruit snacks, but with the slightly distinctive scent/taste of a multivitamin, but not overwhelmingly so.
