Omg I brought this 2 years ago and it’s still holding on strong I’m getting another asap this is must have good quality strong and stretchy zipper very high-quality great support. The length is long is comfortable. I put it on at night so I can just jump out the bed and go to the gym. Size is about normal it didn’t break when I made a mistake and dry it in the dryer

(UPDATED 5/6/25) I purchased this sauna vest 1/28/25 and have been wearing it consistently during workouts and while working 12 hour shifts. It’s definitely done its job with slimming my abdominal area and I now have extra space between the vest and my skin. I am currently going to order a size down which is a large. (Original Review) This waist trainer sauna vest is definitely the truth! I’m a size 14 and ordered a XL. This item is long and comes down past my lower tummy and upper buttocks. It arrived earlier than expected and I’ve only had it on for about 20 minutes cleaning around the house and my back is already sweating. It’s very comfortable when sitting and does not slide or roll up. Another plus is that it also lifts my DDD breast. Comfortable enough to wear all day. I will be ordering more!! Overall great product!! Love it!!!

I love how the vest fits perfectly. It’s very durable and worth the money. It looks great and the Velcro hold and support is amazing. The only thing I would change is the straps, I would make them adjustable. The straps are just a little too big for me and I’m having to figure out how to keep them from falling off my shoulders. Other than that, the fit and durability is great.

Love it. I ordered a 3x because of my boobs but it feels great but I should have ordered a 2x for my waist. But I will use this for now. Im ordering a 2x next. Im already on the last hook. Other than that is works for work out and not too tight but secure.

This waist trainer is a good fit. It's breathable (even with big breasts) and the straps aren't too tight, like I've experience with other waist trainers. However, any other waist trainer I have had has made me actually sweat, whether I worked out or not. I used to work as a customer service representative over the phone, and would wear a waist trainer all day. I would go home at the end of the day, remove my waist trainer and my back and stomach would be DRENCHED. Currently, I am a security guard. This job is a bit more physically demanding than the call center job. However, I can wear this trainer all day and I won't even be a little sweaty at the end of the day. It does correct my posture and clinch my waist. It also does make me a bit warm, but it doesn't give me the sweaty sauna effect I want. Having bought all my past waist trainers from wish and having the effect I want them to have, I expected the same or more ordering one from Amazon. This waist trainer did not fully live up to my expectations.

El material es cómodo, flexible y se ajusta bien sin incomodar ni enrollarse. Me gusta que ayuda a mantener el calor en la zona, lo que da una sensación de mayor actividad y soporte. Además, es fácil de limpiar y no tiene mal olor después de usarla. No hace milagros por sí sola, pero combinada con ejercicio y buena alimentación sí se notan resultados con el tiempo. La recomiendo si buscas un complemento para tu rutina.
