There are 60 servings in a bottle, so be mindful if you start out high like that these will go quickly. They are supposed to be taken with food as well. I will disclose I was diagnosed over 20 years ago with IC, so it's very difficult to find supplements that won't irritate me. A year ago my cycle didn't stop, and I literally bled for 3 months which included actually hemorrhaging without knowing what was wrong. Eventually, I had ultrasounds and they found scar tissue around my uterus. Apparently, it's something my mother had and it came out of the blue which was bizarre since I haven't had any issues with my cycle, and my son is 6 years old. They told me I needed a hysterectomy as it was the only cure, and I refused to take that so I started using Chinese medicine for uterine issues. It literally took away my pain and stopped the bleeding and I no longer suffer from issues. The problem was it completely irritated my bladder, and I had to force myself to take it since I didn't want a hysterectomy and believed in what it was doing. I wanted to try this product to see if I had better results, but apparently this ingredient irritates my bladder as well so I cannot take it. I believe in products like this especially when I felt like miracles happened with my own body, sadly, I'm a bit too sensitive and my body is reacting due to my IC issue. Since there is no detailed information about how to use this with your cycle, what day to start, etc. this does not get five stars from me. While I'm not 100% sure what the ingredients are as I have never heard of this before, I am all about trying holistic all natural remedies for my uterine health. From what I can find, this has been used in Vietnamese health traditions. I am pre-menopausal and some menstrual cycles are still really heavy with clotting. While that may be "TMI", the fact is that women with heavy bleeding and clotting will get it. It is draining to the body and I often become anemic depending on how heavy my cycle is. I have always been this way. I ordered this to try because it is estrogen-free (no plant-based estrogens) and is supposed to help support a more normal cycle. Do note that the labeling says if you are hypoglycemic or diabetic you need to check with a health care provider before using this product.
