Got rid of my toddlers lice after just one day of combing. My advice is to use while toddler distracted in the bath. Wash hair with normal toddler shampoo then slather on lots of conditioner. Detangle hair with regular comb, then go nuts with this comb. Worked for me. Good luck

My daughter came home from a sleepover at her friend's house and brought some nasty little friends with her.
