The title says it all; texture is great (which is important for me for noodles); not to soft, not grainy or too hard; and the flavor is really delicate and nice - don't fear that these are leafy green plant based - they taste as good as any other ramen type noodle I've had; and the added nutritional benefits are a win for me too.I like to use bone broth as a base; roast beef, soft boiled egg, chili oil, garlic, etc. Really good. I probably eat these 3-4 times a week. Will certainly be purchasing again.

I love this brand! The noodles are super yummy and cook as quickly as Top Ramen. The major difference is the 123% better flavor and shorter ingredients list. The texture is slightly chewy and the color is obviously green. There are no flavor packets included, though that works better for me.I cook these in the morning and coat them in organic coconut oil and Hawaiian sea salt. Then, I usually fry a couple of egg or scramble a couple of eggs with onion and mushroom. Super healthy breakfast.

Love these instant noodles. Tasty and not fried like traditional instant noodles (ramen).These are plain with no flavor packs which is probably why there are two stacks of noodle vs just one in their flavored variety. I personally prefer this to control salt.Inside the box was 4 cases of 12 noodle packs. Bought in August 2018 and the expiration date wasn't until August 2019. I'm always leery of ordering food and supplements due to getting products close to expiration date. This is plenty of time to eat all of this before expiring. One of the cases was slightly opened but the noodles didn't seem crushed.

My son could live on Ramen everyday if he was allowed to but that speaks a lot about this healthy Ramen. My husband doesn't really care for the smell so he doesn't eat this. I add Ginger to counteract the "green" smell of the noodles after cooking but i like this Ramen - if they could make the noodles a little thicker that would be excellent as Ramen is thicker. Thicker noodles just makes it more satisfying (that's just me). We are planning on trying the Yakisoba one. We just hope the healthy claims are true (truth in advertising) :-) Price is a bit high.

These are tasty and healthy. But this as too much. I started getting to the end of the box and trying to finish them before they all expired, but I got sick of eating them. Still a good product, but this was too much for one person to eat. Great option in general though for those who crave ramen but want a healthier option.

Best ramen noodles around. The texture and flavor are outstanding. Furthermore, they have a lot of protein and fiber, so they actually keep me full for a while compare to normal ramen noodles which leave me feeling hungry in about 30-40 minutes. The noodles take only 2 minutes to cook and that's just enough time to make a good broth in a bowl, so you can dump the noodles into it right as it's done.

What a great value!! My family and I love these noodles so much. It's been fun customizing our bowls of noodles with different fresh ingredients. Just add any soup base that you like. I find this to be a healthier alternative to the typical ramen soups found in the supermarkets (high in sodium and MSG). My order came well packed and delivery was fast.
