Tupelo honey is thick very Golden with some light textures and tastes like gooey buttery almost vanilla thick honey that just Kicks Ass !! This honey is #1 in my book next to Provence Lavender honey, they literally call it Swamp honey or Bog honey! In comparison with black gum Tupelo this is a White Tupelo is a masterful mix of nectar tho it’s gold, this could only mean it is Raw honey straight from the hive, I love this Sleeping bear Tupelo gallon!!

I have been a Tupelo user for many years - many years of trying all kinds of honey from all different places. Tupelo honey is sometimes difficult or impossible to obtain - it can be very scarce depending on how active the bees are. This companies also great to deal with which makes this a double header - great product and great service. Also, in case you are not aware of it but Tupelo honey does not crystalize like so many others do if not consumed quickly. I have given up on the others and stick strictly with this product because it is the best!!!

Bought 2 gallons to make Mead. Came out very flavorful and the yeast took to it better than other types of honey. Awesome stuff!

UPDATE--Not sure what to think but it looks like the honey is crystalizing. (see picture). If that is the case then that means this is not true tupelo honey............ I ordered this a while ago and waited on the review because I want to make sure how awesome this was. This is the real deal folks !!! No crystallizing at all after months in the pantry. And the taste is like butter and melts in your month. No other honey taste like this. It is worth every penny that it cost me for this !!! You won't be disappointed !!!!!!
